What we do

Looking at your posture for muscular imbalances reveals stress and overuse patterns in your body.  This can have the effect of poor circulation and tight muscles that create headaches and other pain patterns that seem to appear and disappear over and over. 

To help break these vicious pain patterns, I work with specific muscle groups, blending in the rest of the body.  This brings a better circulation into our soft tissues and quiets down our nervous system.  This massage is deep, but works with the muscles and nerves to lenghten and relax, awakening the body.
