'Recently moved my practice and now working with Complementary Health Associates"

A Holistic Health practitioner, Sheldon completed his extensive massage training here in San Diego with a background in Eastern and Western practices.   Staff therapist at an exclusive Atheletic Club, and working with Chiropractors, lead his practice into the understanding of human anatomy and movement.  Currently a  therapist at Complementary Health Associates working with injuries and chronic stress.  Complementary Health Associates is a blend of health professionals with specialities like "John Barnes myofacial release" and "Atlas PROfilax" 

My practice has developed from different modalities of bodywork.  I have studied Cranio-sacral Therapy with the Upledger Insititute and became a teaching assistant in several of their workshops.  I have studied the Paul St. John method, learning the science and practicing Neuromuscular Massage Therapy.  My light touch of Cranio-sacral Therapy blends structure and intuitive energy in every bodywork session.  I continue to see postive change and dramatic results with my clients.
